Áo đối khâm là một dạng áo khoác ngoài, không có cổ, hai vạt áo trước cân đối, song song với nhau.
Thời điểm loại áo này xuất hiện ở Việt Nam không được chính thức ghi lại, có khả năng từ thời Lý và xa hơn nữa. Phổ biến vào thời Lê Trung Hưng, hiện còn nhiều pho tượng khắc họa dạng thức trang phục này. Áo đối khâm thường được khoác ngoài áo viên lĩnh/giao lĩnh hoặc yếm.
